Shipping Policy

Free Shipping on All Orders
ADVELSCOR LLC offers complimentary standard shipping on all orders within the United States. There is no minimum order value required to qualify for free shipping.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been placed. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping (Free): 5-8 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days (additional charges may apply)
- Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (additional charges may apply)
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or high-volume periods such as holidays.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
We currently offer Cash on Delivery as our primary payment method. When your order arrives, please have the exact amount in cash ready for the delivery person. COD orders must be paid in full upon delivery. Refusing to pay upon delivery will result in the order being returned and may affect your ability to place future orders.
Shipping Areas
We currently ship to all 50 US states and Washington D.C. We do not currently ship to US territories, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally. We are working to expand our shipping coverage.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us.
Lost or Stolen Packages
ADVELSCOR LLC is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your tracking information shows "delivered" but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors and contact the carrier directly. If the package is confirmed lost by the carrier, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue.
Address Errors
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. ADVELSCOR LLC is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you realize you have entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately at velscorllc@outlook.com — we will do our best to correct it before shipment.
