Our Return Policy
We want you to love every piece you receive from ADVELSCOR. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be returned within 30 days of the delivery date
- Be in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached
- Be free from odors, stains, or damage caused after receipt
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation)
The following items are non-returnable: sale items marked as "Final Sale," undergarments, and items that have been altered or customized.
How to Initiate a Return

We will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions and a return shipping address.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. Since we operate on a Cash on Delivery basis, refunds will be issued via check mailed to your billing address or via bank transfer as arranged with our customer service team.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for different sizes or colors of the same item, subject to availability. To request an exchange, contact us at velscorllc@outlook.com with your order number and exchange details. Exchanges are processed once the original item is received and inspected.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. ADVELSCOR LLC is not responsible for items lost in return transit.
